Welcome to NookPop (“NookPop”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nookpop.com (the “Site”), our online store, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nintendo Co., Ltd., Nintendo of America Inc., Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Nook Inc., or any related developer, publisher, or platform. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property relating to those properties remain the property of their respective owners.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or place an order. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account and Order Information
To place an order, you may be required to provide certain information such as your email address, in-game name or character information, platform details or delivery instructions, and billing or payment details.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details you provide are correct. NookPop is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Digital Products and Delivery
NookPop sells digital in-game items for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, including in-game currency (bells), items, materials, and other in-game assets.
All products sold on the Site are digital goods delivered through in-game trading systems or other electronic delivery methods.
Delivery typically occurs via an in-game visit or trade. Customers must follow any delivery instructions provided after completing their purchase.
Orders are usually delivered within minutes, but delivery times may vary depending on order volume, customer availability, and game server conditions. If delivery cannot be completed immediately, our support team will coordinate with you to arrange delivery.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Currency
Prices displayed on the Site may change at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order, you authorize NookPop and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but transactions may be processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These charges are outside the control of NookPop.
Applicable taxes, including sales tax or VAT where required by law, may be calculated and displayed during checkout.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Unclaimed Orders
NookPop maintains a separate Refund Policy page available on the Site. The following summarizes our general rules.
Refund requests may be approved before an order has been delivered.
Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted in-game, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer does not respond or is unavailable within 48 hours, NookPop may cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.
Orders may also be cancelled prior to delivery at our discretion.
Filing a chargeback after successful delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity. NookPop may submit delivery records, timestamps, and other evidence to payment processors to dispute such claims. Accounts associated with abusive chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
6. Fraud Prevention and Security
We take fraud and abuse seriously. NookPop reserves the right to cancel, delay, or review orders that appear suspicious.
We may request identity or payment verification before fulfilling certain orders.
Customers who engage in fraud, payment abuse, or malicious activity may be permanently banned from using the Service.
NookPop may maintain internal records of orders and deliveries for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The following activities are prohibited:
Attempting to defraud or mislead NookPop or other users.
Circumventing or interfering with Site security features.
Using automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the Site.
Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious software.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff or other users.
Impersonating other individuals or company representatives.
Using the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with Site software or infrastructure.
Collecting personal information from other users without consent.
Violations of these rules may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or permanent bans from the Service.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Corrections
Occasionally the Site may contain typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product information.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been submitted.
If an order is cancelled due to a pricing or listing error, the customer will receive a full refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including website design, logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to NookPop or Zelta Digital, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and game-related intellectual property referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Relationship to Game Developers
NookPop operates independently from the creators and publishers of Animal Crossing.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Nintendo or any related company. References to game titles, characters, or brands are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee that the Site or Services will always be available.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, third-party outages, or game server disruptions.
NookPop is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external platforms, including gaming servers or network providers.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NookPop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NookPop and Zelta Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NookPop, Zelta Digital, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
15. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may also modify or discontinue the Site or Services at any time without prior notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States unless otherwise required by applicable law.
