Refund policy

NookPop aims to keep refunds simple and fair. Because we sell digital in-game items, refunds depend on whether the order has already been delivered or claimed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if your order has not yet been delivered or claimed in-game.

Once an item has been successfully delivered and accepted through the in-game trading process, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.

3. Unclaimed Orders

If an order cannot be delivered or remains unclaimed for 48 hours after purchase, NookPop may cancel the order and issue a refund.

This helps ensure orders do not remain open indefinitely and allows customers to recover funds if delivery cannot be completed.


4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, refunds are typically issued within a few hours, though in some cases it may take up to 48 hours to process.

After the refund is sent, your bank or payment provider may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect the funds in your account depending on their processing times.


5. Chargebacks and Policy Abuse

To maintain a fair system for all customers, NookPop reserves the right to deny refunds if we believe the refund policy is being abused.

Filing a chargeback after a completed delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity. In such cases, NookPop may provide delivery records and transaction details to the payment processor to dispute the claim.

Customers found abusing refund requests or chargebacks may be restricted from making future purchases.
