What is a Dodo Code and how do I get it?
A Dodo Code is a 5 character code in Animal Crossing: New Horizons that lets other players visit your island. You need an active Nintendo Switch Online membership to use it.
To get your Dodo Code, go to the airport and speak with Orville. Select these dialogue options: “I want visitors” → “Via online play” → “Roger!” → “Invite via Dodo Code™” → “The more the merrier!” → “Yeah, invite anyone”.
Once you finish, you’ll receive a 5 character Dodo Code that you can use at claim page.
How do I claim my order?
After your payment, click the “Claim Order” button. This will take you to a page where you’ll enter your Dodo Code and island name.
Once you submit that, our system will automatically add you to the queue. When it’s your turn, we’ll visit your island, drop off your items, and leave.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 8 minutes after you set your dodo code in claim page. During busy times it may take a bit longer, but we do our best to deliver as fast as possible.
Why do you need my address?
We do not require your address for delivery. All items are delivered in game using your Dodo Code.
Your address may be requested by our payment processor, such as Stripe, for billing and verification purposes. This helps prevent fraud and keeps transactions secure.
Your information is handled securely and is never used for physical shipping.
